Indestructable cars
The best car for a new driver is normally one that doesnt explode on impact with things, as lets face it, every new driver is gonna have a crash at some point in their first few years. Idid, you did, I bet even each host of top gear did too.
See that volvo there? Yeah Volvo’s are known for being tanks, the bigger the car the bigger the things you can handle, someone has done some serious damage to their car, the ovlov, sustained a loose bumper and a broken headlight, no metal looks bent. Even the headlight lense is still in once peice!!

So anyone remember the bunnies 30 second clips, or rather movies broken down to around 30-60 second mini clips. Well this was long time a go in the earlier days of the internet, I thought we’d seen all we would of adverts from popular internet fads but apparently not… This advert shows the Volkswagen Fox, not sure ive seen one of these about, thought it was a Polo but oh well? Shame they couldnt find a cartoon that actually used fox’s

Why bother buying a car when you can rent one. I mean seriously.
The amount of hassle I have had in the previous 8 months, it would be easier to just pay monthly for the thing like a bill and when it goes wrong, send it back for someone else to deal with. Finance deals are available to everyone and everything at the moment, if I could afford it and I wasnt so attached to my 200sx I probably would have jumped on the personal contract purchase bandwagon months ago, I dont care if I have drive miles away to a main dealer like Ford in Edinburgh to get the best deal on finance, ill do it. Everything is cheaper up north… beer, women, cars, money, snow, ice and hurricanes you know how it is (there’s gotta be some downsides right?)
The point im trying to make is, look at your spending, if you really arent that attached to what car you are driving, and would like a new car that you might be able to chop in every couple of years for a newer one then don’t make the mistake I have, im too soft. Go make a car a utlitiy not a object of desire (yeah right), I bet you’ll save money.
Now its time for me to leave this place, and go home to a nice hot bowl of chilli. Peace out.

Yeah I hate having my blogs split up too, but im going to do good, im going to get my old website back on track. There are somethings I just can’t write about on there and some things I cant write about on here.
Then you’ll have a choice, you’ll get to see another side of me, a more personal side and maybe even a little more productive side where i can divolge some of the things I get up to when not working a 9 – 5 job, but still to do with the internet. You see, I wouldnt describe myself as a writer, I wouldnt even want to be penned as a writer in anyway, I do many things, and this is just the platfrom that I choose to make people aware of that, whether you like it or not, im telling anyone about it.
9 days until I move into my new house properly, 9 days till I get the virgins lightning fast fibre line installed. Only 4 days till im off work for 11 days. (too many days?)
Oh fantastic – its Monday, that day again
Everyone should finish their week with a trip to the pub, and I’m starting to think maybe start the week with a trip to the pub as well. But, taking courage and inspiration from my weekly dose of Sarah Bray’s email updates (subscribe to her, she’s refreshing) I’m conjuring up a new post for you all to devour. Also please recommend any other bloggers you think I should subscribe to.

Bangers4Ben – Top Gear Style Challenge – Up to Scotland and back
Friday afternoon, a laid back atmosphere at the moment, Q3 update at mid afternoon and, I have a clangers episode streaming off of you tube and there’s even rumour of a BBQ.
Catching up on what everyone else is doing in the motor industry, and realising what a awesome opportunity Bangers4BEN is over on CarDealer (check them out) , who wouldn’t want a top gear style challenge to compete in, if I hadn’t just started moving into a house you bet id be there to compete.
Took a break to try the BBQ in the pouring rain, promptly after all the food was consumed the sun beamed down to dry everything up, and Ive just had to revert back to doing CSS to fix someones website, but as I was saying..
Teams of people have been tasked with getting hold of a car for up to £250 and then taking their quickly rusting prize cars from the home of the horses at Ascot, Berkshire up to and beyond the lovely Ford Edinburgh dealers (where you could probably buy brand new cars for £250, everything is cheaper up north) on to John O’Groats then back down to brands hatch for a race!
I used to have an old bimmer that would be perfect for this competition! Why do I sell these damn cars before I put them to use.

A few years ago, nearly two now to be more precise, I moved house. It’s become qutie a ritual for me to upgrade or at least renew the chair I use in my home office, study, studio, what ever you want to call it. (ill pick this up after lunch.)
As I was saying… before my BLT interrupted, I change chairs every so often to keep up with being sat at them for so long, and looking online for something abit fancier than your average leather chair, this site has them all, designer, crazy posture balances, and just standard office chairs.
